During a meeting on unmanned systems, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, identified the key tasks in this area, among which are the preparation of crews and the development of capabilities of unmanned forces units.
The report by Oleksandr Syrsky on the meeting was published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
How drone units are the most successful on the front
During the meeting, Major Robert Brovdi presented a report and showed an active and effective approach to performing tasks. Over the previous month, the BPS forces units hit more than 19.6 thousand targets, destroying 5,024 enemy objects. In total, more than 4.5 thousand invaders have been incapacitated, of which 2,548 have been liquidated. Among the most effective units are 'Madjar Birds', 'Phoenix', 'Achilles', 'Nemesis', 'Steppe Predators' and 'Rarog'. The Commander-in-Chief thanked the servicemen for their work and emphasized the importance of using interceptor drones to ensure security in rear areas. Previously, Oleksandr Syrsky summarized the work of the Ukrainian military for June and participated in a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff.
