The State Department announced three new initiatives to support Ukrainians: details.

U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Uzra Zeya, visiting Kyiv, emphasized the unwavering solidarity of the U.S. with Ukrainian officials in the anti-corruption field, as well as the U.S. commitment to supporting Ukraine for its victory in the war. This was reported by 'Voice of America'.
During her trip, the Deputy Minister announced three new initiatives to help the Ukrainian people win the war and 'secure the future'.
Thus, the U.S. State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs announced a $5 million grant to increase government transparency and accountability by supporting civil society organizations and investigative journalists who make a significant contribution to the fight against corruption.
The program also aims to strengthen cooperation between civil society and independent anti-corruption institutions in Ukraine.
The State Department's Office of Global Criminal Justice allocated $2 million to the International Organization for Migration to support reparative justice for Ukrainians.
The initiative will help government officials and civil society develop internal compensation mechanisms for direct compensation and support for victims and those who have survived Russian crimes.
The State Department's Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations allocated $2 million to 'UN Women' to support Ukrainian institutions in implementing the National Action Plan for leadership, accountability, and women's participation in conflict response.
Recall that the U.S. is discussing with Ukraine a victory plan and working on 'other measures' that will help Ukraine win on the battlefield. The State Department spokesperson did not specify his past statement about the 'productive steps' that U.S. authorities see in the victory plan. He did not clarify what points and provisions in the initiative the American side supports.
Earlier it became known that Ukraine wants to receive an invitation to join NATO before U.S. President Joe Biden leaves the White House.
