Rain and Wet Snow: Forecasters Warned About the Return of Real Winter.

The First Week of Spring Will Be Sunny in Ukraine
Forecaster Natalia Didenko reported that on Sunday, March 16, it will be warm in various regions of Ukraine, reaching up to +22 degrees.
In the south and southeast of the country, during the day, the air temperature will remain between +15+22 degrees. In the central regions, it will feel significantly colder, around +5+9 degrees, but in the Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions, the temperature will rise to +9+13 degrees. The western and northern regions are expected to see +3+7 degrees.
The forecaster also noted that the wind will predominantly be from the northeast, moderate. Only in Crimea and the Sea of Azov region, strong gusts of southwest winds of up to 15-20 meters per second are expected.
Due to the activity of an atmospheric front, rains will occur in the central regions, as well as in the south and east of the country. 'Rains will likely mix with wet snow at lower temperatures. However, tomorrow the anticyclone, the center of which is located over Great Britain, will push its ridge of high pressure to eastern Europe, and therefore, during the day on March 16, precipitation in Ukraine will move from the north and west to the interfrontal zone,' explained Didenko.
In Kyiv, at night, rain with wet snow is possible. The wind will be from the north, weak or moderate. The temperature in the capital at night will drop to 0-2 degrees below zero, while during the day, the thermometers will show +3+5 degrees.
The forecaster warned that the cold weather will last throughout the week, and on March 17-18, it will also get colder in the east and south of Ukraine. However, starting from March 20, warming is expected.
Earlier, it was reported that arctic cold was approaching Ukraine.
