Expert explains how South Korea's powerful defense industry could help Ukraine on the front.

Political technologist and expert in missile and nuclear weapons Oleksandr Kochetkov believes that Ukraine can receive assistance from South Korea in the war against Russia. According to him, South Korea has significant capabilities in the field of arms production but at the same Time suffers from a 'military phobia' and is against the war.
