The general assessed the amount of ammunition supplied by the DPRK to the Russian army.

Approximately half of the ammunition for the Russian occupation forces is supplied from North Korea, reported Mykola Malomuzh, General of the Ukrainian Army, former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service. He also noted that previously the Russian troops always had an advantage in ammunition, but now the advantage has diminished. There was also a significant shortage of ammunition in Russia, with either 50% supplied from North Korea and 10-12% from Iran. According to Malomuzh, the Russian Defense Forces are not restoring equipment, whereas the Ukrainian Defense Forces have destroyed 75% of the tanks that the Russians restored from reserves. The source also notes that the production of artillery barrels is also limited.
