Captain Gladky has been finally removed from the position of Chief of Staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces.

Captain First Rank Roman Gladky, who was appointed to the position of Chief of Staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces Command in winter, no longer holds this position. This was reported by the staff sergeant of the Unmanned Systems Forces Command, Oleksandr Yarmak, in an interview with «Suspilne».
According to Yarmak, a new person has already been appointed in place of Gladky, though he did not specify who it is.
«I am personally not acquainted with this person, but many from the volunteer movement speak well of him. We will see», – he noted.
Yarmak also stated that the issue with Roman Gladky's appointment is not with him personally, but with the system of ranks and positions existing in Ukraine.
«This is a system in which it is impossible to become an effective, excellent manager in civilian life and occupy a really important position. The problem is that you are given rank not for your efficiency, but for years of service. It's stupidity because it teaches people to parasitize. To become accustomed, worried, and dependent on someone. And because of this, a large number of doubtfully competent people emerge», - Yarmak noted.
Recall, the appointment of the Chief of Staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces led to a scandal. According to the DeepState report, Gladky is suspected of treason, espionage, and corruption. Besides, it is believed that the military officer's wife holds a Russian passport, and his daughter represented the Russian Federation in sports competitions.
It's worth noting that Gladky was not appointed directly by the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Vadym Sukharevsky, because, according to DeepState analysts, he does not have the right to do so.
By the way, the Security Service of Ukraine stated that they did not conduct a check on Roman Gladky before his appointment to the position of Chief of Staff of the Unmanned Systems Forces Command, as this is «not provided for by law» for such positions.
