Lithuania prepares rules for the use of artificial intelligence in schools.

The Lithuanian government plans to issue recommendations on the use of artificial intelligence in the country's schools. According to Deputy Minister of Education Jonas Petkevičius, AI is rapidly changing the way students learn and teachers teach, so it is important to support schools in adapting to these changes.
The Lithuanian Ministry of Education, Science and Sport has already created a working group tasked with developing rules for the use of AI in schools and creating a prototype tool by August.
The working group meeting that took place last Thursday recognized that creating a unified set of rules for the use of AI in schools is a top priority. The government plans to present recommendations and a prototype of AI by September this year.
It is worth noting that the United Arab Emirates is also using artificial intelligence to create new laws and update existing ones. This project is the most ambitious in the world.
