Fraudsters are faking lifecell websites and deceitfully obtaining personal data
Mobile operator lifecell announced the detection of fake websites where fraudsters deceive customers by promising cash rewards. Fraudsters create fake pages with the company's logos and links to counterfeit Bank-ID forms. Their main goal is to maliciously access personal data and bank accounts by obtaining phone numbers and confidential information. The correct recommendation from lifecell is to check information only on official websites, avoid suspicious links, and use two-factor authentication to protect against fraud.
