The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine drew attention to the controversial broadcast of the American channel Fox News, where Kyiv was mistakenly indicated as part of Russia. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Ministry, Georgiy Tikhiy, according to Glavkom.
If this was a mistake, rather than a deliberate political statement, an apology should be made and an investigation conducted into who made the mistake
Fox News broadcasted the service of the Russian patriarch Kirill during Easter but mistakenly labeled Kyiv as part of Russia. This occurred during the broadcast of several 'windows' from different countries.
It is worth noting that the Metropolitan of Kyiv and all Ukraine Epiphanius issued an Easter message to the archpastors, monastics, and all Orthodox believers of Ukraine.
