In Vinnytsia region, a man raped an acquaintance because he harassed his daughter.

The man who raped his acquaintance was sentenced to two years probation. The accused justified his actions by stating that the victim had been harassing his daughter. This news is reported by TSN with reference to the verdict of the Yampil District Court of Vinnytsia Region.
According to the court, the criminal came to the victim's house on July 23, 2024. It was established that the attacker knew about the victim's musculoskeletal issues, so he took advantage of his acquaintance's immobility and raped him.
The defendant voluntarily pleaded guilty in court. He explained that under the influence of alcohol, he came to the victim's house, where he continued to drink. Reminding himself that two years ago the victim had harassed his daughter and the neighbor's girl, the man decided to take revenge. He hit the victim on the head, who fell, and then he tortured him, exposing his genitals.
The court found the man guilty under Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to two years probation.
