The largest special confiscation - the court seized 2.6 billion from an online casino.


The Ukrainian court conducted the largest special confiscation of funds in its history, seizing 2.6 billion UAH from the online casino 'Pin-Up'. This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) on July 12.
The Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv applied special confiscation, seizing 2.6 billion UAH for the state from the company that operated in Ukraine under the brand of online casino 'PIN-UP'. The court also approved an agreement between the prosecutor and the accused - the director of the casino.
Details of the case regarding the special confiscation of funds from the online casino
Employees of the Bureau and prosecutors of the General Prosecutor's Office identified facts of complicity of company representatives to the state-aggressor. Financial flows supporting aggression against Ukraine were also established. The online casino continues to operate in Russia and on Russian web resources.
The investigation revealed connections between the casino and representatives of the Russian Federation, who financed the enemy and even veterans of the 'SVO'. Individuals managing the casino have been informed of suspicions. Violations of gambling legislation were found in the casino.
