Not only passport and marriage: Ukrainians reminded which services are unavailable without a military ID.

Ukrainians were informed about which services are unavailable to the country's citizens without a military ID.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that during martial law, citizens subject to military registration will not be able to obtain a passport without a military registration document. They will also not have access to other services without this ID.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that citizens liable for military service must present their military registration documents in state and municipal institutions during martial law and general mobilization to receive various administrative services.
In particular, the following services will be unavailable without a military registration document:
- obtaining a passport;
- marriage registration;
- admission to educational institutions;
- employment;
- establishment of disability through MSEC.
Citizens liable for military service who are abroad without military registration documents will not be able to use consular services, except for obtaining an identity certificate for returning to Ukraine.
Recall that Ukraine is strengthening the requirements for deferral from mobilization.
