Do not wait until the 20th: YASNO explained when and how to pay electricity bills better.

How to pay electricity bills on Time?
The YASNO company explained to residents of Kyiv how to pay electricity bills on time. They informed where it is better to make payments to avoid delays in transferring funds to the service provider. This is especially important before the 20th of each month when electricity must be paid. The official payment date is considered to be the day when the money is actually credited to the company's account.
Complaints from Kyiv residents about delays in fund transfers were received by the YASNO company. In particular, payments through Privat24 are delayed by three days. This raises suspicions among consumers that the provider intentionally prolongs the process of receiving money to defer tax payments.
“Payments through our services are credited on average within 1 business day, through a bank or other payment systems – within 3 business days. Therefore, it is better not to postpone payment until the last moment,” the company noted.
If there is a need for urgent bill payment, it is recommended to use the YASNO personal account, as this method is the fastest and allows the provider to see the incoming funds immediately. To do this, you need to register in the personal account, which takes little time, and pay the bill there. You can also use the YASNO mobile app or chatbots in Viber and Telegram for quick payments.
