The Ukrainian Pension Fund explained how to apply for a simplified application for a utility payment benefit
Receiving benefits can be an important relief for many citizens of Ukraine. The Pension Fund has developed a simple and fast mechanism for obtaining the necessary benefit. However, not all Ukrainians know how to do this.
'I am a participant in hostilities. I know that it is possible to submit a simplified application for a utility payment benefit by mail. What date will be considered the date of my appeal to the Pension Fund of Ukraine?'
The Pension Fund explained that the utility payment benefit is a legally established advantage for certain individuals. The benefit is received by a person who is registered in the Register of Persons Entitled to Benefits.
During the martial law period in Ukraine, the pension fund launched an experimental project that simplifies the application process for war veterans to receive a utility payment benefit. Instead of two separate applications, this project allows for a single simplified application that includes information about registration and granting of benefits.
If the application is submitted by mail, the date of the request is considered to be the date indicated on the postage stamp.
The form for the simplified application can be found .
