Those who have debts to the state will not receive tax refunds. The money will be used to pay off their debts, including unpaid fines.
Taxpayers whose refund amount is less than 8.70 zlotys will not receive tax refunds. In such cases, the tax office will allocate their funds to cover underpayments.
It is also worth mentioning that the European Union intends to restrict cash transactions and the sale of luxury items.
