Demand for preferential loans is increasing: record indicators of the 'Affordable Loans' program.


In the first half of 2025, Ukrainian entrepreneurs received over 14 thousand preferential loans amounting to over 44 billion UAH. The 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program supports entrepreneurs in the real economy sector, contributing to the development of investments, processing, and businesses in areas of high military risk.
- 12.3 billion UAH - for processing;
- 11.4 billion UAH - investment projects;
- 9.9 billion UAH - lending in areas of high military risk.
The most loans are allocated to enterprises in the processing industry, agriculture, and wholesale and retail trade. The leaders in the number of contracts signed are Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Odesa, and other regions. PrivatBank, Oschadbank, and Ukrgasbank issued the most loans under the program.
These data indicate a positive trend in the Ukrainian economy, support for business, and an increase in investment volumes in crucial industries of the country thanks to the 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program.
