The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, will visit Ukraine for a one-day visit on Wednesday, June 11, to participate in the Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit scheduled to take place in Odesa. This is Vucic's first visit to Ukraine in 2022, indicating an improvement in relations between the two countries in the context of geopolitical events.

«I will definitely give an order and a warning that in case of suspicion of the end users' misuse and sending to the battlefield without our knowledge, such contracts will not be fulfilled», – Vucic stated.

Serbia has already refused to supply ammunition to buyers who could transfer it to assist Ukraine. The President also confirmed that his country supplied ammunition to countries that support Ukraine but is not interested in their further use.

Relations between Serbia and Ukraine are becoming increasingly active in the context of geopolitical events, especially considering the situation in the East. The visit of the President of Serbia to Ukraine is an important landmark of this diplomatic activity.

During the Serbian President's visit to Ukraine, the focus is currently on security issues, arms supply, and diplomatic relations. This visit also confirms the overall trend of improving relations between the states in the context of geopolitical changes in Eastern Europe.
