Reform of 'Ukroboronprom': Limited Liability Companies to be created based on three state enterprises.

The Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company 'Ukrainian Defense Industry' has decided to create Limited Liability Companies (LLC) based on three state enterprises (SE).
The SE will finally be transformed into LLCs after state registration. This transformation is part of the corporate governance reform in the defense industry, being implemented by Ukroboronprom.
'We must complete the reform, as successful corporatization is the key to the further development of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex, transforming it into a modern high-tech cluster, which is already becoming the basis of the country's entire economy,' notes the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom, David Lomdzharia.
It is noted that within the framework of the reform, 42 enterprises have already been transformed into business entities - LLCs and JSCs, of which 14 will be carried out in 2024.
