Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that a ballistic missile hit the college in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in Odesa region. There were no children in the college at the Time of the attack, but people may be trapped under the rubble. Currently, two fatalities are known, and the college has sustained significant damage; a rescue operation is underway.

Zelensky stated that Russian attacks on Ukraine are demonstrative acts of military aggression. He called for increased pressure and the imposition of sanctions against Russia to stop the conflict. The President emphasized the importance of being prepared to defend against Russian attacks and taking necessary measures in case Russia refuses to compromise.
