The launch date of the electronic Patient Cabinet in Ukraine has been announced.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine plans to launch the Patient Cabinet by the end of 2024.
Maria Karchevich, Deputy Minister of Health for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization, announced this in an interview with LB.ua.
According to Karchevich, the launch will take place in three stages:
- Alpha testing for a limited number of users (several hundred people).
- Beta testing for a larger number of registered users.
- Full launch for all interested parties.
"This is our largest complex project, as it will involve millions of patients. It is bigger than covid certificates. Building support, maintenance, etc. there is difficult," Karchevich noted.
The Deputy Minister announced that the development of the cabinet by the MoH is completed. Currently, the construction of the support system and the final security testing is underway. At the same Time, development is being carried out from the side of medical information systems (such as Helsi, Doctor Eleks, and others) and the "Diya" application.
Patients will be able to log into their medical cabinet through the interface of the medical system or "Diya." In the first stage, users will have the opportunity to view their data, make clarifications, change their family doctor, and see their visit history.
The second stage involves informing patients about the cost of the services received for the state. "This is a good anti-corruption moment," emphasized Karchevich.
The MoH also plans to introduce a notification system outside the cabinet. Due to the high cost of SMS mailings, alternative channels are being considered, such as messages through "Diya" or messengers like Viber and by no means through Telegram.
It should be recalled that online recruitment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be launched via "Diya".
