Fines from the TSK: which regions lead in the number of proceedings.

According to the analytical platform 'Opendatabot', since the beginning of 2025, approximately 4,700 new enforcement proceedings have been opened every month in Ukraine due to unpaid fines from territorial centers for recruitment.
During the first months of this year, 17,007 proceedings have already been opened against 15,772 individuals. Currently, only 16% of the total number has been closed - 2,779 debts, while the rest remain active.
'In total, over three years since the beginning of the full-scale war, 28,960 overdue debts have accumulated due to violations of military registration rules. However, it is worth noting that there have been more such proceedings over Time, as a portion of them is constantly being closed,' the analysts of 'Opendatabot' noted.
According to statistics, men aged 25-35 years are most frequently affected by enforcement proceedings - nearly 44% of the total number. The next largest group is men aged 36-45 years - approximately 39%. Women appear only in 22 proceedings, which constitutes a meager 0.1% of the total.
The most proceedings have been opened in the capital - 1,992. After Kyiv, the Dnipropetrovsk region follows with 1,946 proceedings and the Sumy region with 1,722 proceedings.
As of the end of March, bank accounts have been blocked for approximately 26,000 citizens of Ukraine for violations of mobilization rules.
In addition, 'Reserve+' plans to add a new feature - conscripts will have access for 20 days.
