The court confiscated Taisia Povaliy's car, land plots, and rights to songs.

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) considered the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice against Taisia Povaliy and decided to seize her property and rights to songs for the benefit of the state. In particular, the singer's car, pneumatic weapons, property rights to nine songs, as well as land plots, houses, and other property were confiscated.
Previously, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit to confiscate Taisia Povaliy's assets in favor of the state. Part of the property officially belongs to her mother, but the court believes that the singer is related to this property.
In 2022, President Zelensky imposed sanctions against Taisia Povaliy for five years. The Security Service collected evidence that the singer justifies Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine, so she was charged with three articles of the Criminal Code.
It is also known that Povaliy obtained Russian citizenship and patented a business in Russia.
