'Since the implementation of the training course for tactical level medical service officers, who are serving in the military by conscription during mobilization and do not have officer ranks, about 300 servicemen have already been trained. Currently, the 12th recruitment for this course is ongoing,' - announced Kazmirchuk.
The commander reminded that the training is conducted on the platform of the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UMMA). Upon completion of the training, if they successfully pass the exams, the trainees who have successfully completed the training will be awarded the initial officer rank of 'junior lieutenant'.
The training program is systematic, so everyone who serves in sergeant positions but has the desire and the commander's consent for further appointment to officer positions in their military unit with a medical profile military accounting specialty must undergo the training course.
According to Kazmirchuk, the training is organized in a mixed format: first, a distance learning form lasting 24 days, after successful completion of this stage, servicemen are transferred to a full-Time learning form lasting 16 days. Following successful completion of the training, they are assigned to officer positions in military units.
