In Vinnytsia, a boy will be tried for setting fire to the CCC.

A young man is accused of setting fire to the administrative building of the Vinnytsia Regional CCC and SP in July this year with a homemade incendiary mixture on the instructions of a person he communicated with via the Telegram messenger. This was reported by the press service of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office.

«The accused filmed the «completion of the task» on video for reporting to the curator. After that, he was supposed to receive a transfer of about 80 thousand UAH. Within a day, the young man was detained by security service employees. During a search, physical evidence of the crime was seized», - the message says.

After that, the boy was informed of the suspicion and detained. A preventive measure in the form of detention without the right to bail was applied to him.

The punishment for this crime is imprisonment for a term of fifteen years or life imprisonment with confiscation of property. The minor may be sentenced to up to 10 years.

The Security Service of Ukraine in the Vinnytsia region conducted a pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings.

Recall that the SBU and the National Police destroyed a scheme for evading mobilization in Vinnytsia region. Among the defendants in the case were a lawyer and a member of the local military-medical commission. They received from six to ten thousand dollars for each fictitious certificate of unfitness for service.
