He emphasized the necessity of raising the cost for Russia for its aggressive actions and strengthening Ukraine. The minister hopes that the imposition of economic sanctions and conducting negotiations will help achieve long-term peace. He also supported Trump's words about the need for a quick agreement with Russia to end the conflict in Ukraine.
