Ukrainians residing in Poland explained under what circumstances they may lose UKR status. With the obtained status, Ukrainian citizens have a number of important rights, but there are situations when this status is automatically terminated.
The UKR status is terminated when a person receives permanent legalization in Poland or another form of protection. In addition, it is lost when leaving Poland for more than 30 days or obtaining refugee status or another form of international protection in another country.
It was previously reported that Ukrainians have started to leave Poland en masse.
