Military personnel will be able to receive packages for 1 UAH: Deputy Umierova shared the details.

In front-line delivery service offices of 'Nova Poshta', military personnel will have the opportunity to send and receive packages weighing up to 30 kg for a symbolic price of 1 hryvnia. Such a discount can be obtained through the 'Plus' program, reported Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohorenko.
To obtain the discount, it is necessary to generate a barcode in the mobile application 'Army+' and show it to the department operator, who will activate the offer, said Chernohorenko.
Each user can create up to three barcodes per month. This privilege is valid in front-line regions such as Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson.
«To explain how the promotion works, for example, your family sends you a package to the Donetsk region. You can scan the barcode at the office in Kramatorsk and pick up the package for 1 hryvnia. Or vice versa: you send a package to your relatives from Donetsk. For this, you also need to scan the barcode and send it for 1 hryvnia», - noted Chernohorenko.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine launched the 'Plus' program to support servicemen. This program provides various benefits related to everyday life. Users of 'Army+' have access to special offers on goods and services, such as a special reserve of tickets for military personnel from 'Ukrzaliznytsia' and discounts on fuel and menu items from 'Ukrnafta'.
The Ministry of Defense plans to abandon the forced conscription of citizens into the army and introduce new mechanisms.
