Vodafone receives the license of another mobile operator.

The mobile operator TriMob transferred the license for the use of the radio frequency spectrum in Kyiv to Vodafone. This event is expected to improve the quality of communication in the capital. This was reported by the company's press service, citing 'Glavcom'.
The mobile operator informed the National Commission, which regulates the spheres of electronic communications, radio frequency spectrum, and postal services, about the intention to transfer individual rights to use the radio frequency spectrum to Vodafone. It concerns the bands 1940-1945 MHz / 2130–2135 MHz in Kyiv.
Vodafone will receive a new license, while TriMob will use Vodafone's radio network under the conditions of commercial national roaming.
The frequency transfer creates conditions for more efficient use of the radio frequency resource in the capital and will contribute to improving the quality of electronic communication services for subscribers, the company's press service emphasized.
The National Commission has already approved the application for the transfer of the Vodafone license. The mobile operator noted that nothing will change for subscribers: Ukrainians will continue to use communication services on the connected terms.
