Defenders, medics, teachers: who often gets a mortgage under the eOselya program.


eOselya Program: over 16 thousand Ukrainian families have received affordable mortgages
Throughout the duration of the eOselya program, 16,517 Ukrainian families have become homeowners. The total amount of loans granted amounts to 27.151 billion UAH.
Participants in the program can include military personnel, law enforcement officers, medics, teachers, scientists, and their family members. They can receive loans at a preferential rate of 3%. Participants in combat actions, veterans, IDPs, and other citizens without housing can get loans at a rate of 7%. This was reported by Andriy Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
This year, 1,677 Ukrainians wishing to purchase their own housing, totaling over 3 billion UAH, have joined the eOselya program. The program offers flexible conditions and a low rate for mortgage loans and is aimed at the needs of youth, IDPs, and other citizens without housing,” said the deputy minister.
During the past week, 94 loans amounting to 183.7 million UAH were issued, among which preferential rate loans were received by:
34 military personnel and law enforcement officers
7 medics
4 teachers
3 scientists
Loans at a 7% rate were received by:
35 Ukrainians without their own housing
8 IDPs
3 veterans
By property type, loans for first-sale housing were received by 54 Ukrainians, of which 15 properties are under construction. Also, 40 loans were issued for housing in the secondary market.
