'No Use': Rubio stated that negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are impossible without concessions.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio believes that any negotiations to end the war in Ukraine must involve compromises.
According to The Guardian, Rubio claims that both sides must make concessions.
'The only way to end this war is through a negotiation process, and negotiations require both sides to be able to make compromises that are necessary in business, trade, and geopolitics,' he emphasized.
He did not provide specific details about what these concessions should entail but noted that it would be discussed during the negotiations.
'This must be part of the negotiation process, and general statements about it do not bring any benefit, as they may leave one or both sides outside of this process,' he stressed.
Rubio also commented on the statement from G7 ministers supporting Ukraine's territorial integrity. He said that this is not new U.S. policy, as President Trump never claimed that Russia had the right to seize all of Ukraine and act as it pleases.
Moreover, Rubio emphasized that there is no military solution to the conflict, as neither Russia nor Ukraine will be able to achieve their 'maximalist goals.'
Previously, Rubio expressed a positive assessment of the progress in U.S.-Russia negotiations regarding a ceasefire in Ukraine.
