Journalist accused official of the Handball Federation of Ukraine of threats.

Journalist Igor Hrachov reported that after the Euro-2024 match Germany - Ukraine, the Secretary General of the Handball Federation of Ukraine, Oleksandr Hladun, threatened him.
Hrachov recounted that after the match, Hladun began to speak aggressively with him and expressed threats, stating that he was the Secretary General of the Handball Federation of Ukraine. The journalist informed the organizers about the incident, but they did not understand what Hladun said, as he spoke in German.
Hrachov also reported the incident to the head of the Association of Sports Journalists of Ukraine and the head of media communications of the European Handball Federation.
The journalist noted that threats from officials have serious consequences for his reputation and for the state they represent, and he demands a public assessment of Hladun's behavior.
It was also reported that during the broadcast of the competitions, biathlete Nadiia Belova commented in Russian, which is a violation of the language law. The public has called on the ombudsman to intervene in this situation.
Public broadcasting noted that Belova's commentary was recorded without the possibility of translation, as the broadcast takes place directly at the competition site.
