Once again, victims of Russian aggression - a third person has died as a result of a missile strike on Sumy, confirmed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He called the shelling a 'brutal strike on civilians', again emphasizing the enemy's cruelty. According to the latest data, three people have died, and the number of injured is either two or twenty, depending on the sources of information. The tragedy occurred in the morning, around 09:18.

'The Russians struck Sumy brutally. Just the city, on ordinary streets - with rocket artillery. An absolutely deliberate strike on civilians,' Zelensky explained.

Zelensky mentioned that one of the shells did not explode and hit an apartment on the ninth floor, stressing that there is no complete randomness in the enemy's choice. He also noted the need for pressure on Putin from the whole world, considering that without this, the war will not end.

'All services are involved in the rescue operation. Many injured. We are doing everything possible to provide help to everyone affected,' added the President of Ukraine, expressing condolences to the families of the deceased.

It is currently known that among the victims are seven children, as well as damage to medical facilities, vehicles, and residential buildings. Zelensky called for tougher sanctions against Russia and increased support for Ukraine in the war against the aggressor.
