Recommissioning of disability - will the TCK provide a deferment.

Ukraine continues the process of military accounting and general mobilization. After the introduction of martial law due to the invasion of Russian troops, general mobilization has been declared in the country.
Some conscripted citizens have a disability group and therefore cannot be mobilized. However, if the process of recommissioning disability is delayed after the deferment expires, such citizens may be mobilized.
Right to deferment after recommissioning
Lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan explained that during recommissioning, the right to extend the deferment is not granted. Therefore, after the expiration of its term, a citizen with a disability may be mobilized.
This situation is possible according to the legislation, and a citizen whose deferment was related to disability may subsequently be called to service.
