The Government of Ukraine will receive financial assistance of 4.76 million USD from the Republic of Korea for the implementation of a digital transformation project. Under the agreement signed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the United Nations Development Programme, and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), these funds will be directed towards improving government operations and convenience for civil servants. The project will be implemented over three years, until 2027, jointly by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, UNDP, and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The main areas of the project include the modernization of digital tools for project management in ministries and the creation of electronic services for civil servants. Training for civil servants in digital skills will also be conducted, enabling them to effectively use new systems. In addition, a special service for civil servants - Diya.Office - will be introduced under the project, which will simplify administrative processes and improve interaction between institutions.
