Three unique lots raised $1.5 million for the Armed Forces: details of the auction where the 'Konotop Witch' was sold.

As part of the 'Entrepreneur of the Year 2024' event, an auction took place where three unique lots were sold. The auction raised $1.5 million for the Defense Forces. This was reported by Forbes.
The first lot featured the performance 'Konotop Witch' by director Ivan Uryvskyi. This lot brings $1 million, which will support the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov' of the National Guard of Ukraine.
'This is an investment in our joint victory,' said Sviatoslav 'Kalyna' Palamar, lieutenant colonel, deputy commander of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov' of the National Guard of Ukraine.
The next lots included training and lunch with Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina, as well as a painting by Tiberius Silvashi from the series 'Wings'. These lots brought in $500,000. The funds from these lots will be directed to strengthen air defense.
The auction organizers expressed gratitude to the donors who made this initiative possible. In particular, Maxim Krippi (GSC Game World), Halina Hereza (Epicenter), and other participants were mentioned, one of whom remained anonymous.
This evening became a symbol of unity between business, art, and the community on the path to a common victory.
It is noted that the premiere of the performance 'Konotop Witch' took place in spring 2023, and its popularity peaked in the fall of the same year. Sessions were filled in 30 minutes, Uryvskyi recalled.
It should be noted that earlier a charity showing of the performance 'Konotop Witch' at the Ivan Franko National Academic Dramatic Theater helped raise 2,349,000 UAH.
