Scholz talks again about the possibility of negotiations with Russia, but with a condition.

Biden canceled the visit to Germany and Angola
US President Joe Biden decided to cancel the planned visit to Germany and Angola. This may jeopardize the Ramstein group's meeting, which was supposed to discuss arms supplies to Ukraine.
The planned meeting in Germany envisaged the arrival of about 20 world leaders who were to gather at the Ramstein airbase. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was supposed to present his 'victory plan,' which contained specific steps to end the war.
However, according to a US representative, this plan is considered a repackaged request for more weapons and the lifting of restrictions on the use of long-range missiles.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz understands Biden's decision and hopes for the postponement of the visit. The meeting was supposed to be very important and the first at such a level.
The Ramstein group was created to discuss arms issues for Ukraine after Russia's invasion. Defense ministers of participating countries periodically meet to align Kyiv's requests with donor proposals.
